By accessing the Safetynet Contractor Management Web Service (CMWS) you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and you agree that any personal information you enter into the CMWS is governed by this Privacy Policy.

Collection of Personal Information

We may ask for your personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or email address. Information is collected as part of the CMWS which enables contractors to provide and attach information within the account, about their expertise, personnel, management systems and insurance. Clients to whom you have provided permission (association) will have access to this information, in order to select contractors and to monitor the compliance of associated contractors with their contractual obligations.

Use and Disclosure of personal information

Your personal details may be disclosed to your associated clients as part of the CMWS.

Your personal details may also be added to a mailing list and we may send you monthly status reports and updates. If you do not want to receive any reports or updates from us please email: privacy@contractormanagement.com.au.

Data Quality

We take step to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date by updating our records whenever changes to the data come to our attention and we disregard information which seems likely to be inaccurate or out of date by reason of the time which has elapsed since it was collected or by reason of any other information in our possession.

Data Security

All the details of our clients and contractors are held securely on server and backed up on a daily basis. Access to the CMWS is only accessible by authorised users.
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure and information is stored securely whether in an electronic or physical form. Any data destroyed is disposed of in a manner which protects the privacy of information in an appropriate manner.
